First, I'm pleased to announce that I am planning a performance of several of my songs to be held at Southern Adventist University's Ackernman Auditorium on Sunday, September 26. The program will last about one hour, from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Of course, admission is free. :) The program will open with my "Piano Nocturne" and will include performances of my songs by sopranos Julie Penner and Holly Greer, tenor Justin Hipp, and baritone Kevin de Benedictis.
Secondly, my choral setting of the first portion of Whitman's "When lilacs last in the dooryard bloom'd" has just been published by earthsongs and is available on the website: http://www.earthsongschoralmusic.com//catitem.php?seqnum=100949
